The results are in for the community vote on the appearance of our new anime-inspired Commander, and now she’s finally ready to lead your fleet. Roll out the red carpet for the newest, cutest Commander in World of Warships— Steam-chan!
Please note that you can have an unlimited number of identical Steam-chan Commanders simultaneously.
Steam-chan Global Combat Mission
In the honor of her release, you can earn all three versions of her (Japanese, American, and Pan-Asian) to your fleet, along with some more Steam-themed goodies by contributing to the completion of a Global Combat Mission.

Objective Alongside with other players on the server, you will have to cumulatively earn the relevant amount of Base XP:
Asia – 2,350,000,000 Base XP
EU – 1,100,000,000 Base XP
NA – 800,000,000 Base XP
Rewards Following rewards can be earned via Global Combat Mission that will be unlocked if Base XP objective is achieved:

American Steam-chan
Pan-Asian Steam-chan
1x Steam container
Steam flag
10x Steam expendable camouflages
