Way of the Hunter – Community Update

As many of you know, Way of the Hunter 2 recently entered Early Access. It’s been quite a ride so far — as with any game launch, there were a few hiccups along the way — but overall the response from you, the players, has been incredibly positive and motivating for the entire team. Thank you for that. It truly means a lot to us.

Over the past couple of months, our focus has been almost entirely on getting the sequel ready and supporting it through its Early Access launch. That said, we want to reassure you that we have not forgotten about the first game or the community that helped it grow into what it is today.

Y ou may have noticed a small update downloading for Way of the Hunter. This was only a minor asset change in the main menu to update the Way of the Hunter 2 banner window with the current information. Even though we have been very busy lately, rest assured that we have also been monitoring issues in the first game.

Several players have encountered bugs that we still plan to revisit and continue investigating. This includes the so-called “fitness bug,” which we are fully aware of and have been tracking internally. While we cannot yet provide a clear timeline for when this issue will be resolved, it remains on our list of priorities that we intend to address first.

If you run into an issue in Way of the Hunter and haven’t reported it yet, please do so via the THQ Nordic Redmine, to help us track and investigate the problem. Also, if you haven’t already, be sure to check out Way of the Hunter 2 in Early Access. There’s currently a launch sale, which makes this a great opportunity to jump in at a lower price, experience the game as it evolves, and have a real say in shaping its future updates and features.
