Utopia Colony has got an update!

Utopia Colony has reached a milestone! The game has now been accepted by Steam as a game that has a broad reach. We have therefore been invited to make trading cards, badges and points shop items. We are happy to report that Utopia Colony is now giving out trading cards as you play the game. We set the give out rate to one card per 20 minutes (but it is Steam that actually controls all the details).

You have to collect 10 trading cards to be able to craft a badge. Steam will give you half of the cards from playing the game. The other half, you have to trade to get. Alternatively, you can sell your cards (for real money) in the Steam marketplace.

If you have already played the game for more than 20 minutes, then you should have received cards from Steam now. Please check your profile inventory.

Keep playing and earn trading cards. We hope to see you on Mars!
