Repeated intro
Hello Players! Troy here, with a small update to Ultimate Arena. This one fixes custom text for characters, so creators will want to take note of the changes. Message To Character creators: custom-only messages now work.

- Gameplay
Before, if a global message pool for an action was empty, some updates could fail to appear even when a character had custom lines for that action. Now message selection is safe:
If both custom and global lines exist, it picks from either.
If only custom lines exist, it uses custom.
If only global lines exist, it uses global.
It only shows nothing if neither has any lines.
This means you no longer need at least one global line just to make character-specific updates appear.
