Hello, truckers! 👋 It’s been a while since our last development update — time to fix that! Today we’d like to share what we’ve been working on over the past month.

Optimization and Global Lighting Overhaul
Many of you who played First Haul noticed FPS drops when driving from the cockpit view, even on powerful PCs. We took this issue seriously and completely reworked the mirror and lighting systems. Now, the performance difference between third-person and cockpit view is under 20%.
These improvements will not be added to the First Haul prologue, as the team is focusing fully on the development of the main game.
Team Expansion
Our team has grown this year, and we spent time developing new tools for our 3D artists to speed up world creation. Thanks to this, new towns and roads are now being built much faster, and we’ll be showing the first results in upcoming dev logs.
