UPDATE 23rd March
Hello everyone,
This is a progress update for the current status of Ticket to Ride’s online modes.
Our team has implemented a number of measures with the aim of stablising the online experience as much as possible while our third-party server provider works on the core issue impacting the service. Whilst these measures have delivered some improvements to the number of disconnections, the situation is still far from perfect, especially at peak times. We continue to work around the clock on a full resolution.
Until a permanent fix is available, we will keep the Star Loss Protection system active in order to shield players from losing Stars due to disconnection. While this may seem unnecessary for those of you who are not affected or for whom the problem is fixed, we want to keep this measure in place until the disconnection issue has been totally resolved.

Hello everyone,
We’d like to update you on the current status of Ticket to Ride.
We are aware of ongoing server issues affecting Online Multiplayer and Local: Couch Play modes. Players may experience delays or disconnections while using these modes.
All other modes, including Single Player and Local: Pass & Play, are fully playable.
These issues are due to problems arising for our external server providers. While we don’t have an exact timeline for a full resolution, our team is working alongside our external server providers daily to restore functionality.
We understand how frustrating this can be, and we truly appreciate your support. We’ll provide another update next week with our progress.
