We have been teasing a certain giant shadow-y figure for a while now, and we figure it’s time to give this royal a proper introduction.

Who is the Raccoon King?
The raccoon King is the ruler of the Trash Panda Posse. He is a greedy royal who has eaten more than his fair share of stolen Hauls, and nothing will get in his way as he works towards making sure he gets every single last crop!
Check out this early concept art of The Raccon King and his moves. We wanted his attacks to reflect his round shape and weightiness. His outfit is the epitome of royalness, representing his desire for material goods and to be the ruler of all.
What you’ll be up against
Now that you’ve been introduced to this monarch, here’s a quick breakdown of his attacks!
Rock Smash
The Raccoon King will stomp his ferocious paws on the ground, causing rocks to travel through the ground towards you! Make sure to dodge to avoid damage.
Roll Attack
This fuzzy bowling ball (Sprouts words, not ours…) charges up for a roll attack and begins rolling around the map, chasing you. Your crops aren’t safe either, as they will go flying if hit!
This attack leaves this leader dizzy, so use that to your advantage!
Ground stomp
At one point, while battling, you might notice The Raccoon King jump into the air, which isn’t a good sign. A target will shortly appear, showing you where he will land and do damage. Make sure to get out of harm's way! This attack will also cause damage to plants in the targeted area.
Trumpet
The King might also call for some reinforcements… When you see that trumpet appear, get ready for some Bandit Raccoons to join the fight!
