This hotfix contains the following bug fixes:
The tow truck's amber lights no longer cause civilians to move out of the way
Fixed getting XP bonus when abandoning a callout and re-engaging as a backup
Fixed the police dog tracking scents when requested to tackle
Fixed the mannequin position in one of the story missions
Fixed several stability issues reported by the community
Fixed one of the partner lines using placeholder audio
Another fix for the player being ejected from the car without input
