Season 6 Patch Notes

Season 6 arrives today! You can find a lot of fixes, optimisation, improvements and more arriving with this Season’s release. This season, we were able to tackle over 350 bugs, ranging from the QA on our Season 6 game modes/features/vehicles and previous Season bugs, especially those reported by the community. We have also made a big improvement on our ratio of bugs created vs. bugs fixed, which is extremely important to achieving an improved standard. This proves the extra time has proved to be worthwhile, and we are confident that the next updates will bring even further fixes from the community and improved optimisation on all platforms.

• CosmeticOptimisation/Reduced memory usage of oceans by improving ocean culling.

• Fixed crash when starting the game with an upscaler mode that isn't supported by the GPU.

• Fixed crash when exiting Poker game while not yet seated.

• Fixed various issues with Poker

• Fixed crash when using photo mode.

• Improved billboards visual quality

• Fixed lighting sometimes broken on vehicles when exiting hubs with reflection quality setting at very high

• Fixed traffic lights sometimes stuck on yellow

• Fixed errors in the time cycle sometimes happening when changing islands

• Fixed game becoming unresponsive after entering a product code during a race
