We're super excited to finally announce the SWAT Expansion, Operation: Dahlia! This was (as an indie developer) an immense task that brought together some amazingly talented people.
Tactical Assault VR is branching out from its military roots into a new, darker domain but still maintaining its core focus on realism, high-stakes decisions, and careful team-centric execution.
We’ve been building up to this moment over the past several months, with launches like the Surrender Update paving the way for this style of content. It's all coming together for this next evolution of Tactical Assault VR!
What is Operation: Dahlia?
The Operation: Dahlia DLC is an expansion pack set to contain 5 all new missions, a new multiplayer lobby/social hub (with basketball court and outdoor shooting range), new weapons, and an ample amount of new cosmetics dedicated to the LEO (Law Enforcement Officer) /SWAT theme.

Gas Station
Ranch
Apartments
Favela (available Q4 2025)
Convention Center (available end of Q1 2026)
Set in Mexico, these 5 new missions immerse players with a heavy emphasis on close-quarters combat. Take on the Los Craneos Rojos, a brutal cartel known for terrorizing and spreading their influence across the surrounding regions.
Eliminate the threat or switch up your ROE (Rules of Engagement) through the surrendering modifier. Test your PID (Positive Identification) with newly added civilians. Watch your step with newly added trip-wires. Los Craneos Rojos does not play.
New Cosmetics:
New avatars and cosmetics allow players to expand their character customization options even further! Police labeled plate-carriers, kneepads, new helmets, LEO, Sheriff, SWAT and Hawaiian shirt variations all available for your role-play!

Additional Info:
There will be 3 missions available at launch with the remaining 2 missions set to release in Q4 2025 and end-of Q1 2026. The remaining 2 missions of Operation: Dahlia will include additional content (sight, weapons, camo colors).
Operation: Dahlia Expansion Pack will be available for purchase at $9.99 USD and is set to release September 4th, 2025.
