Added Round Robin tournaments
Added the ability to tie a match to a tournament, and automatically progress the tournament
Added separate indicators for whether a worker is booked in an angle, a match, or both
Modified how the left list of workers looks on Booking Screen
Fixed bug where skin background image would remain when skin is changed
Fixed bug where ages would look incorrect when going to New Game
Fixed bug where workers would pick a less favorable contract
