Fix when the confidence of the race was too high (above 256), it reverted to 0
Fix Team's names were incorrectly updated when sponsors changed, provided the new contract lasted more than one year
Fix crash with WorldDB at end of october (they were too many riders in U23 team)
Updated DatabaseChecker to allow multiple u23 teams to be linked to the LoserTeam
