Similarly, maintenance costs won't occur until the first 10 loads arrive, to offset the lost revenue from slower load connection. There is no slow start for Hard mode.
removedCyclones can no longer trigger for earlier in the game unless playing in Hard mode.
removedYou can no longer rename an asset to the same name as another asset. This prevented you from changing selected asset when modifying EPR/GPR.
