So overall we aim for short modest but interesting and fun little games ! New major Update

But first, the next major update is expected to arrive at the end of the first quarter. The major additions will be:

  • A save system (finally!)

  • An end-of-game scoreboard

  • A new upgrade for the Smuggler: Overtime

  • A new area: The Factory

We will also continue to fix, balance, and optimize the game as needed via patches. In fact, an update has just been released. You can see the patch notes below.

As usual, please send us as much feedback as possible, and if you haven't already done so, your reviews on Steam are a huge help!

A word about us & our next project

We created Kusa Games in January 2025 following the release of Split Brain. The modest success of this first game allowed us to set up our own studio and begin development on Pizza Deathlivery. There are only two of us in the studio but we work with other people on each of our projects.

We have a somewhat unconventional development philosophy, which is to develop games with a six months production time maximum. We did this for Split Brain, but also for Pizza Deathlivery. It's a method that reassures us and allows us to better anticipate the future financially.

On the artistic side, it allows us to remain creative without getting tired of our current production. So overall we aim for short modest but interesting and fun little games ! This won't stop us from continuing to add content to our games, like we are doing for Pizza Deathlivery, but their foundations must be laid within six months.

We are therefore taking advantage of this long message to tell you that we are currently working on our new project. Once the main design is in place, we will start developing it, and if you have been following closely, the game should be released six months after that (approximately).

Expect to hear more from us in the near future, because that will be here before we know it...

Finally, thank you all very much for playing Pizza Deathlivery! It's thanks to you and your feedback that we can continue to develop games and content.

We hope you're as excited about what's next as we are!

Happy New Year again, and see you soon!

Patch note 1.1.1

  • Rework: Delivery pins system. Should prevent bugs of pins missing or doubled.

  • Rework: Monster spawning. Should help reduce FPS drops each time monster spawns (not when the delivery starts).

  • Remove Christmas decorations (sorry... there will be back next year!)
