🧠 Phobies – Release Notes
This update focuses on stability, balance, and map flow. We’ve addressed several bugs, refined multiple Phobies, and made targeted adjustments to the map rotation.
🛠 Bug Fixes
Pearl
Fixed an issue where Pearl was not dealing damage to the enemy Heart.
In-Game Name Changes
Resolved an issue preventing Subscription players from changing their in-game name.
Chonkeys & Blizzard Interactions
Friendly abilities are now properly restricted when they should be.
Splash damage now correctly applies to units affected by Blizzard.
Attacking obstacles at range while inside a Blizzard no longer causes crashes. Obstacles within a Blizzard can now only be targeted at melee range, consistent with intended behavior.
Glob & Conveyor Belts
Fixed a desync issue where Glob was not correctly blocking movement when multiple units moved in sync on conveyor belts.
Fixed an issue where Glob’s damage could be increased by buffs or damage tiles, but the HUD displayed incorrect damage values. The HUD now reflects the correct damage.
Mummy Replay Crash
Fixed a crash that could occur when skipping a replay while Mummy was mid-attack animation.
Pack opening Update
Skip Pack Opening added for higher-level accounts (Level 25+).
⚖️ Phobie Balance Changes
"Everybody Panic" Quests will no longer select Phobies of Movement Speed 1
Frosty
Ability Lock duration increased from 1 turn → 2 turns
Zomboni
Ability functionality changed to target only Undead, can no longer target Monsters, Dimensionals, or Mechanicals
The only healing ability that applies exclusively to Undead
Ability Lock removed
Self-damage reduced from 400 → 300
Healing increased from 400 → 500
Key cost reduced from 6 → 5
Bad Sushi
Health increased from 1600 → 1800
Ability Spawn Lock removed
Heavo Plaid
Now spawns with a temporary −1 Movement Range for 1 turn
Edgar Allen
Health reduced from 2200 → 1950
Attack damage increased from 300 → 500
Hemantic Ginsting
Health reduced from 1900 → 1800
Fishtank
Attack damage increased from 700 → 750
Primate #9
Health increased from 1350 → 1400
Smother Mother
Attack damage increased from 800 → 850
Whiskers
Health increased from 1100 → 1200
Attack damage increased from 300 → 325
Heart Breaker

🗺 Map Changes
Dark Sarcasm
Removed obstacles from both the top and bottom of the map to improve flow.
Phobopolis II
Added as a small-change variant to Phobopolis.
One spawn point removed for a tighter opening.
Center of Attention
Added as a new large-map variant of Burning Rings, reworked to emphasize central control.
Rise to Stardom
Spawn points shifted closer to the edge of the map.
Reintroduced into map rotation.
Carnival Rows (variant to Center Stage)
New version with the central panic point opened up through updated obstacle placement.
HR Violation
Removed from map rotation.
