Hi! It’s been a while.
In this new patch I addressed various things that have been bugging me for some time, especially after watching various playthroughs on YouTube.
Gameplay
Overall, this update focuses on balancing the difficulty, which I felt was a bit too forgiving. Nothing revolutionary, but the changes should be noticeable.
Ammo drop rate further reduced.
Final boss health has been buffed. The poor guy didn’t pose much of a threat for most players.
Added a few more enemies.
Removed some shotgun ammo.
Bug Fixes
The torch is no longer equippable in the quick bar. It was stealing a slot intended for weapons.
Puzzle items now correctly display their description in the inventory.
Added the billiard room door to the map.
Fog now correctly affects the wraith’s material.
Fixed floating assets (a candle and a couch).
Miscellaneous
New health bar design.
Repositioned various decor items.
New rifle SFX.
One new door texture :P
I’ve been trying to reproduce a bug recently reported in a review involving a soft-lock when pressing E twice while opening a door, but I haven’t been able to trigger it, even when aggressively spamming the key.
