New "3D Audio" option
Turn 3D Audio on or off. If you want to use this feature, make sure to turn on the 3D Audio functionality of your hardware as well.
This can be accessed from the Windows Start Menu, by going to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound, then opening the Properties of your playback device, and changing the Spatial sound settings.

Patch Ver. 14.0.0.0 includes (1) content that requires purchase of Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak in order to access, and (2) content that only requires you to install the patch in order to access. Every addition or update that requires the purchase of the Sunbreak expansion will be indicated in the list below. If an item has the ★ symbol next it, that means you can only access this content with purchase of the expansion.

Bug Fixes and Balance Adjustments
In Ver.3.1.0.0, an issue was addressed that prevented the player from carving a severed tail if the tail overlapped with the fence switch in the Arena. This fix was not properly reflected in Ver.10.0.2.0 and onward, so it has been fixed again.
A notification will now be displayed when you've reached the maximum number of locked quests for Anomaly Investigations
