changedHello, folks! After collecting feedback, we've released an even better May Demo, containing several changes to gameplay and visuals. These include:
addedCheckerboard backgrounds have been added to each level, hopefully slightly de-flashbanging the freeze time effect alongside the fade.
addedDifficulty settings are available upon starting a new save - these allow you to set a multiplier for damage taken and decide how many time freezes you start with each level.
changedThe Raccoon Clan now only takes 1 point of damage each time they're ejected from a dumpster.
changedDefault controller controls have been changed to hopefully be more intuitive.
addedWe hope you enjoy the new demo!
  • Freezing time is less flashbang-ey; the freeze time effect is now a fade in/out rather than a hard cut.

  • Checkerboard backgrounds have been added to each level, hopefully slightly de-flashbanging the freeze time effect alongside the fade.

  • Basic melee attacks now move you slightly forward.

  • Slides start off a bit faster.

  • Ending a sprint is a bit less slippery.

  • Each 6x combo gives you an extra time freeze.

  • Difficulty settings are available upon starting a new save - these allow you to set a multiplier for damage taken and decide how many time freezes you start with each level.

  • The Raccoon Clan now only takes 1 point of damage each time they're ejected from a dumpster.

  • Moving down a platform is now a single button press instead of two - crouching is a separate single button press by default.

  • Default controller controls have been changed to hopefully be more intuitive.

We hope you enjoy the new demo!
