Hello, Callers,
The ritual grows stronger.
Since the Demo opened its gates, the cult has grown far beyond expectation.
More than 9,400 Callers have now placed Hear My Cult on their Steam Wishlist.
To every one of you who stepped into Altherra, shared feedback, and spread the word—

✦ What Has Changed Since the Demo
While the cult gathers, the systems beneath the ritual have been evolving.
Here are some of the major changes currently being prepared for the next update:
🕯 The Sanctum
A new system has been added: The Sanctum.
Your cult now maintains a personal base of power, where permanent upgrades and rituals can be unlocked.
The Sanctum allows you to strengthen the Cult Leader, unlocking perks that influence every future descent into Altherra.
Your cult is no longer temporary.
It persists.
🩸 Revamped Minion Summoning
The summoning system has been completely reworked.
Introducing Zealots.
These disposable followers are born from the blood of your enemies and act as the main resource for your rituals.
• Killing enemies now summons Zealots • Zealots can be sacrificed to summon stronger minions • Managing your cult’s followers has become a deeper strategic choice
The cult feeds itself.
👁 Larger Cult Armies
The number of minions you can summon on screen has significantly increased.
Your cult can now grow into a true swarm of devoted followers, overwhelming enemies through sheer ritualistic force.
More bodies.
More sacrifice.
More power.
💀 Soul Fragments & Progression
Enemies now drop Soul Fragments.
Collecting them grants experience, allowing the Cult Leader to grow stronger during each run.
But there is more.
Sacrificing minions now has a chance to create Soul Prisons — dark constructs that magnet every Soul Fragment on the map.
A single sacrifice can now trigger a cascade of power.
