changedQ: What is the release date and price?
changedA: The game will launch on April 30 at 7 PM PDT. The price will be revealed at launch, and we will be offering a special launch discount that lasts for 14 days!
changedA: We're sorry, but demo saves will not carry over to the full version. Because there were simply too many incredible master thieves, the economy and stats in our demo have become completely unbalanced. To ensure everyone gets the best experience in map exploration, level challenges, and the story, the official version requires everyone to restart this journey of greed. There are no real-time saves in the official version; the game will automatically save at the beginning of each "Day" and "Night" phase.
changedA: The game features 4 distinct large maps, with each map containing its own exclusive hidden levels, along with enemies and bosses that have entirely different behavior patterns. For players familiar with the genre or those who have played the demo, a single playthrough will take around 20+ hours. If you explore blindly without a guide, it will take roughly 30 hours. If you are a completionist (collecting all haggling skills, collections, and unlocking all endings), the game offers enough content for 40+ hours of playtime. Additionally, the game features over 30 amulets and over 20 collections. Whether you prefer the agile stealth approach or the aggressive brawler style, you can find a playstyle that suits you.
changedA: The game offers four difficulty choices at the start ( Note: Once selected, the difficulty cannot be changed mid-game ):
addedCautious: You have higher initial health, enemy alertness is reduced, and the amount required for each loan repayment is lower. This is our recommended difficulty, perfect for new players.

Time flies so fast! Our game, Goblin Vyke: The Thief Tycoon, is officially launching on April 30. The closer we get to release, the more nervous and excited we feel. To make the most of this final stretch, we've compiled and answered some of the community's most frequently asked questions.

Q: What is the release date and price?

A: The game will launch on April 30 at 7 PM PDT. The price will be revealed at launch, and we will be offering a special launch discount that lasts for 14 days!

Q: Will Demo saves carry over? Is there a real-time save feature?

A: We're sorry, but demo saves will not carry over to the full version.

Q: How big is the game? How long does it take to beat?

A: The game features 4 distinct large maps, with each map containing its own exclusive hidden levels, along with enemies and bosses that have entirely different behavior patterns. For players familiar with the genre or those who have played the demo, a single playthrough will take around 20+ hours. If you explore blindly without a guide, it will take roughly 30 hours. Additionally, the game features over 30 amulets and over 20 collections. Whether you prefer the agile stealth approach or the aggressive brawler style, you can find a playstyle that suits you.

Q: Is the game friendly to players with slow reflexes? How many difficulties are there?

A: The game offers four difficulty choices at the start (Note: Once selected, the difficulty cannot be changed mid-game):

  • CautiousYou have higher initial health, enemy alertness is reduced, and the amount required for each loan repayment is lower. This is our recommended difficulty, perfect for new players.
  • Reckless: Play with standard stats; dying will be a common occurrence, suitable for players who don't fear a challenge.

  • Greedy: You gain higher initial Luck, but your starting health is lower, enemies are much more alert, and your death backpack is smaller. Ideal for experienced and greedy players.

  • True: Stats are identical to Greedy mode, but dying will automatically delete your save file. You must beat the game at least once to unlock this ultimate difficulty.

Q: How many endings are there? How do I progress the story quests?

A: We have designed a total of 5 different main endings, which include 1 perfect ending and 1 hidden ending. Every choice you make—such as whether to help the banker Lucius steal the Demon Lord's heart, help the Demon Lord steal Lucius's seed to become the new spokesperson, or team up with the masked elf to uncover the truth about the Golden Village—will directly change the course of the story and the fate of the NPCs.

Q: Your character art looks great, is it AI-generated?

A: Absolutely not. During the early Demo phase, due to a lack of time for manual refinement, we did use a small amount of AI-generated placeholder assets. As our artists completed
