New Things:
Adjust sky lighting to have a more consistent and gradual transition from day to night
Adds sun altitude option so your maps can get the most of the new lighting
Adds optimization to internally subdivide large objects, improving performance (object trait flag is 65536, trait editing will be coming to the editor soon)
New loading bar!
Shadows have their own draw list now, so you won't see shadow popping as often and your GPU wont waste time drawing shadows for things that don't matter
Improvements and Fixes:
Fixes crystals sometimes being drawn with incorrect shaders
Improves camera collision
Camera follow speed no longer changes with framerate
Fixes screen tearing when skipping intro before the game is ready
Fixes several issues with the cursor acting weird when using resolution scaling
Fixes scroll bars forgetting their places
Fixes un-clickable buttons
Fixes buttons not highlighting if you haven't moved the cursor
Reduces over-the-top maximum value for stormyness
Fixes negative time of day
Fixes editor buttons overlapping
Fixes notifications not layering correctly
Adjusts LOD Quality slider to feel more evenly useful (default is still 70%)
