NEW FEATURES
• Added craftable Iron, Titanium and Deathbone Throwing Stars, that can be retrieved after use and can be enchanted. • Added Fence, Wall and Gate Placeables. They can be crafted from Wood, Stone, Stone brick and Iron Ingots for the Iron gates. • Added item Tier levels to the Crafting Recipe Equipment listings. • Added the ability to drop items from the inventory window by clicking outside of it with the item selected attached to the mouse cursor. • When starting a new game, if the world seed leads to the player being over lava, a magical moving platform will now catch them. The platform will move them over to terrain, then it will turn to blood, collapse and spill to the ground taking the player with it. • Added Angel Statues that grant a Temporary Flight Buff that allow you to fly for up to 1 minute. Buff icon and counter included. • Added Iron Throwing Stars to medium tier loot bags. • Added Distant Map Icons for Ruins and Devil Fortresses.
BUG FIXES & TWEAKS
• Added more small rocks generating in the environment with more variety in appearance. • Reduced the shadow distances for the different quality settings for better performance. • Improved the NPC’s ability jump. • Succubae will now fly up over objects and lava. • Updated the Credits • In the Start Menu, some of the buttons have been moved to the top left side of screen where they make more sense. • Improved and fixed multiple issues with the AI. • Optimised the management of physics on objects in the environment. • SHoo-MaN demon corpses have had their harvestable meat reduced from 6 to 4. • Revised the Imp Loot bags. They now drop Rocks, Stone Bricks, Animal Pelts, Plasma Fruits, *Hearts, *Coal, *Iron Ore and *Sticks. • Atmospheric lighting now gradually adjusts and transitions throughout the day and night creating a variety of colour and intensity.
QUALITY FOF LIFE IMPROVEMENTS
• Lowered the brightness of the Lava • Reduced the intensity of the Bloom FX slightly • Slowed down the spawning of objects that get dropped by mined objects to improve performance. • The system for Saving and Loading chunks has been overhauled for better performance and prevention of bloated saves. This will help reduce heavy frame drops and stuttering during chunk loading. Note that you will not see the difference in an old saved game immediately, but over time it should improve as it gradually migrates the old chunk data over to the new system. • Optimised and improved Terrain Object Generation and Generated Objects. • Prevented Saving and Quitting if a chunk is still generating. • Updated the Loading Screen Gameplay Tips. • Applied the Unity Security Update Patch.
THE DEMO
• You can now save your progress in the Demo, but you now have limited exploration of the world. A magical border blocks you from going beyond 4 chunks of the game world.
