Kei Truck Rally: Tires that get blown away will now remain visible until they leave the screen
Adjusted launch/knockback settings related to railroad crossings

Missile explosions were delayed when hit by a homing missile while performing a normal spin
Homing Missile: Damage collision remained even after being cut by the Jet Blade
Tracking Bomb: Explosion after player victory took too long
Laser Enemies: Would not retreat even when overtaken
Final Boss: Long delay before the score is displayed after defeat
Taking damage when colliding with invisible walls
Brown Bear Stage: Missing ground near the T-junction before the main road where the final attack occurs
