Welcome brave slimes,

Country Slime Demo 0.1 will be updated on Mar 24, 2026, at 09:00 AM PDT.

■ Demo Content (v0.1)

  • v0.1 includes content up to the first boss fight.

  • Forage, cook and eat, upgrade your equipment, and enhance your skills to take down the boss!

  • If you need a hand, team up! You can play with Steam friends as long as you're both on the same in-game date.

■ Survival System

  • Sanity: If it hits 0 and you collapse, the Slime's adventure comes to an end.

  • Food : Cook and eat to recover. This picky Slime needs cooked meat sometimes.

  • Water : Refill mostly from wells. Thirst grows faster depending on the environment.

  • Temp: Too hot or too cold, and you’ll start losing HP.

  • If these stats hit the limit, your HP and Sanity will gradually drain.

  • Sleep: HP and Sanity will drop as the night gets late. If you stay up too late, your Sanity will hit 0 and you’ll go down.

  • Gold: Used to enhance equipment at the anvil. Obtain it by smelting gold ore or offering loot to the Altar.

  • Iron : Used to repair durability for swords and pickaxes. May have more uses in future updates.

  • Diamond : Used to learn and enhance skills somewhere in the forest. Also used for trading with NPCs.

  • Boss : If you fail to defeat the boss in time, strange anomalies will begin to appear.

Combat System

  • Guard : The core of the Slime's combat. Successful guards allow additional attacks and give short invincibility.

  • Dodge : Crouch to avoid attacks, or use an additional input to dodge with short invincibility.

  • Hit Types : Various hit types exist, and single-target attacks can be tanked for your teammates.

  • Element : A limited selection for this demo, but features elemental advantages and interaction systems.

  • HP : Divided into segments for recovery. Some items let you heal past these limits.

  • Equipment : Equip and enhance swords, pickaxes, and various accessories.

  • Stats : Equipment have various stats.

  • Special Attacks : Weapons have effects like Electrocute, Burn, Poison, and Drain, which can be boosted by accessories.

  • Buffs : Includes Invincibility, Armor, and Damage Boost.

  • Debuffs : Includes common debuffs like Stun, Hold, Blind, and Confusion, as well as special monster debuffs.

  • Skills : Choose and equip 8 skills to create your own build.

  • Team up : Up to 4 players can combine equipment and skills to make builds (e.g., Mage, Monk, Tank, Support, or Rogue).

■ Skill System

  • Skills may contain various hidden properties.

  • Magic : Equipping a staff grants bonus damage at maximum range.

  • Brawl : Equipping hand-to-hand weapons grants bonus damage at close range.

  • Elements : Skills are either non-elemental or belong to one of 8 elements.

  • Stun : Stuns enemies for a set duration. Stun resistance scales with stun duration.

  • Hold : Works similarly to Stun, but can extend Stun or other Hold effects regardless of resistance.

  • Weakness : Certain skills can expose enemy weaknesses when attacking from behind, increasing critical hit chance.

  • Break : Can break certain monster patterns.

  • Heal : Restores HP for yourself or your team.

  • Cure : Removes physical debuffs for yourself or your team.

  • Purify : Removes mental debuffs for yourself or your team.
