We have confirmed that the issue where the Animation Pack DLC was not properly appearing in-game for some players has now been resolved.
In some cases, it appears that Steam required additional time to fully propagate the DLC deployment changes, which temporarily prevented the DLC files from downloading correctly.
If you are still experiencing issues, please try restarting the Steam client and confirm that the Animation Pack DLC is enabled under: Properties → DLC
