addedI have seen several negative reviews that talk about the lack of player agency and that most of the game is RNG. Well those people... are so right lol. So I think this update should improve the game a LOT. There are many new additions that I think give more control to the player. I still believe more can probably be done while still keeping my vision intact, but these changes right now should help new players a ton :) I will once again remind you to leave a review if you haven't! I'm sorry if reminding everyone is annoying, but I gotta cus the score is dropping more every day lol.
addedAdded new pop up shop that comes on monday, wednesday, and friday that sells seeds for the main fruit. You can give these seeds to your bobos and they will find a place to plant it. After a few days a tree will grow with 3 fruit then 3 more two days later. These fruit are of “Juicy” variety which means they do A LOT more stat points. This will help early game as well with progression.
addedAdded “Additional Camps” public works project upgrade so you can unlock Stamina, Swim, Run, and Acceleration Camps.
addedAdded “Status Above Head” setting so you can see if bobo has been pet/fed.
addedPlayer races now have a “gold time” which is hard to beat and an easier time that pays out less. Gold time won’t change, but let me know if the easier time should be adjusted. I still want it to be a challenge lol.
addedAdded “Field Ration” item and pop up shop. Give this to your bobo and bobo is fed right away and kept fed for 4 days.

  • Black market 2nd slot now has some consistency to it. Mashers always spawn on monday and friday, tues is fertilizer, wed is fake ID, thursday is oops all d’s, saturday is a donut, and sunday is random.

  • Added evolution jingles for each bobo form type.

  • Can now fast forward races that you’ve won before.

  • Added a ton of new accessories.

  • Colors have names now in phone.

  • Terminals out on excursion now have different dialogue(they always did, but im hoping typing this out makes it work again).

Bug Fixes + Changes

  • reworked “old” fruit you would find on excursions. They are now the single stat variety and they REDUCE potential of that stat. Should be useful. This also changed what forager finds too.

  • snacks that change potential now do the potential check FIRST and then points so if potential is upgraded it happens before points get added.

  • can no longer call bobos on last day. That counts as “is evolving”.

  • player races on excursions no longer rotate. This was messing up rotation of individual shipping containers which made them a lot harder.

  • fixed sapling font being different than bobo and flowers.

  • at final evolution bobos stat potential will now also go down. by 60%. This should have already been happening but it wasn’t…

  • turned down aging a lot so S rank bobos and stuff won’t live as long. All grades have been modified.

  • a race on ocean now shows up always on spring 11 to help prepare you for wave dash. Wave dash still doesn’t have a gold time.

  • trait reroll now comes on the 8th too.

  • all basic snacks increased in price by a little.

  • bobo flowers changed a little to spawn in better places
