Blitzstrike - Windows Patch

Hello everyone!

I was made aware of a bug that prevented Windows users from opening the game. Without getting too technical, the executable for Blitzstrike was pointing to the incorrect file in the build. This patch should squash that issue.

I'm a Mac developer, so issues like these can fly under the radar for a bit. I apologize for these types of oversights.
