With Bladesong’s inclusion in today’s Indie Fan Fest, the Bladesong Demo is now released on Steam! Your feedback throughout six (!) playtests has helped us bring Bladesong to the state where it is today, so thank you very much for being a part of this!

How is the Demo different from a playtest?
Unlike the playtests (that usually ran for a week or two), the Demo is now live, in bright daylight, no end in sight. The days when we had to take Bladesong away from you are over. As such, the Demo has a few limitations that the playtests didn’t have. The Demo includes a good hour of Story Mode content, as well as Creative Mode with a curated selection of abilities, parts and materials, and a limited number of editable sword slots.
Early Access when?
The Demo release is a major step for us towards Early Access, and we’re still on track for Early Access launch before the year is out! The initial Early Access will include a much larger chunk of Story content, more sword parts, and a few more new features including the much-requested STL export for 3D printing. Stay tuned for further updates on release date and price!
