In American Arcadia you play as both Trevor and Angela as you work to help Trevor escape from the most popular reality TV show in the world. Trevor Hills is an average guy, unaware that his entire life is being broadcast 24/7, unfortunately his mundane life as an office clerk doesn’t make him very popular with the viewers meaning he is on a one-way trip to be executed...unless he can escape.
Through controlling Trevor inside the show and Angela on the outside you work through 2.5D puzzle platforming sections and first-person hacking gameplay to work together to help Trevor escape and survive.
