Item System:
Added new items (for crafting, dismantling, random drops such as trash, materials, luxury goods, food, etc.) which will appear as loot and random drops in the underground clinic level. Updated the icon for bullets.
Inventory System:
Inventory size increased from 12 slots to 20. Equip the takeaway bag to gain an additional 14 slots (this was done early, but you couldn’t see it in the demo; also requires cybernetic surgery, which can be unlocked via dialogue with the doctor). Quick-use item bar, dedicated to recovery items like food and medicine, expanded from 1 slot to 4 slots. You can now quickly use items by pressing the corresponding number keys (1, 2, 3, 4). Widened the item description UI to better fit languages with longer text like German and Russian.
Weapon System:
Removed the crosshair icon for firearms (it didn’t really serve much of a purpose 🫠). Adjusted recoil for certain firearms (re-tested and it felt like the gunplay was shaking too much 🫨).
Miscellaneous:
Slightly adjusted the NPC's movement range by 5 cm. Fixed the black screen issue after death (though I’m still unsure why there’s a small chance it could trigger 😅—likely related to the save/load system. I’ll keep monitoring and address it).
